THE A5 BOOK REVIEWOver Europe is a beautiful coffee table book meant to be both viewed and read. The book's purpose is to tell the story of post-war Europe, the people, and their history, both through amazing professional photography and with accompanying text by the noted travel writer Jan Morris. The book was a two year project supported by fourteen top aerial photographers, celebrating Europe (both east and west) at the end of a turbulent century. Readers will enjoy the beautiful views into this great continent’s architecture and beautiful settings, ranging from images of elegant French chateaux, abandoned churches in Romania, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and green fields in Denmark. All of Europe is covered. It is not an easy book to find, but it is worth the search.
